In the following link you can find PolyA-EP, a tool for mining interesting emerging patterns from mRNA sequences in order to predict polyadenylation sites. PolyA-EP has been developed in JAVA. It provides a number of functions for training and testing classifiers based on interesting emerging patterns. The zip file in the link below includes PolyA-EP (jar file), a configuration file, a user guide, and some example datasets.
